End of Year Fundraising Retreat
Need to finish out the year strong? Not sure what message to use, who to ask, or what vehicles to use during the busiest season of the giving year? We will help you create a plan that will help you raise more money through individual donors during our End of Year Fundraising Retreat to support your fundraising goals through targeted and personalized solicitation pieces. Together we will create a strategy that you can use over and over again and implement that strategy for this year’s final fundraising push.
Each Retreat registration includes:
Three 4-hour in-person sessions to develop your overall plan for your year-end solicitations (segmentation, stewardship, tracking) That is twelve hours of real-time implementation not just learning or planning but actually getting it done with an expert on hand.
Crafting and editing of up to twelve solicitation pieces: six letters and six e-mails (with three donor segments per letter/e-mail)
Three strategy calls (pre-training, mid-way through the quarter, and a post-EOY push debrief) so that not only do you have a full strategy in deployment for this quarter, but you have the blueprint for EVERY quarter. We work with you to create a strategy that is your own and that you can implement again and again.
And because we ALWAYS want your Strategy to be informed by data, we will do Wealth screening of individual donor records to help with your segmentation and ask strategy
